Did you read the first part of that sentence? What does it mean?
To those of you who use this Amendment as a justification for unlimited, unfettered gun ownership, I ask you, "What does the phrase, "A well regulated Militia" mean to you?
By the way, if you're still arguing, please remind us: which Militia are you a member of, in order to be covered by the Second Amendment?
